What does 'no recent activity' mean?

"No recent activity" means Lilli hasn’t detected any movement from this user in the current day. You may want to check on this user to make sure everything is okay.

If your user is okay then it could be that the sensors are not working properly. In this case you will need to try to reconnect them using these steps.

If the sensors are still not working contact support@intelligentlilli.com and we will get a replacement to you.
