My Lilli kit no longer transmitting data to the dashboard, what do I do?

There are a number of reasons why this device has stopped transmitting data.

  1. The service user has unplugged the device/s
  2. The service user is not at the property
  3. The device has been uninstalled, obstructed or put away or damaged
  4. Poor network connection or patchy signal
  5. There has been a long power cut

Note: Disconnected devices affect data transmission and create gaps in data insights.
