Why is the hub in a Lilli users’ home showing as disconnected when switched on?

A hub must both be switched on and also have a connection to the internet. 

  • When a hub is connected successfully there will be three solid lights on the top of it, and until we have all three lights, connection has not been successful.
  • Please wait until all three lights on the hub are lit.
  • If this takes longer than 6-7 minutes then the issue may be that the mobile phone signal is too weak in the current position, and the hub may need to be moved to another location.
