The main hub is connected with a steady orange light, why is it showing as disconnected?

If the light looks like a WiFi symbol, similar to a mobile phone when connected to WiFi, then the hub is connected correctly. This means that the missing data is a problem with the sensors, not the hub. Please review the location and connection of each sensor to ensure that they have not been moved or changed by the user.
