There is poor, or no, network signal and I am having trouble connecting the Lilli hub - what do I do?

The Lilli hub can only operate when there is a mobile connection to transfer data.

We have installed a multi-network roaming SIM card in the hub so it can connect to any UK network, but some houses and buildings have "dead zones" where there is no mobile signal at all, on any network.

In order to install the Lilli hub:

  1. You must put the hub somewhere where it can see at least one mobile network.
  2. This may mean moving the hub near to one specific side of the house where there is more network. or putting it higher up in a room, or putting it away from other sources of radio interference (TVs, microwaves, ovens, telephones etc). Connection is good when the symbol that looks like a WiFi connection is lit up.
  3. A functioning hub should have 3 lights on the top.

Tip: Finding a network can take up to 5 minutes, so leave the hub in the new position powered on for at least that long before moving it again.
